One inbox, read by the people who write the site:

We would rather list a single address that is actually monitored than a row of departmental aliases that all land in the same place.

What we can help with

Corrections. A wrong detail, a broken link, a game that has moved or shut down. This is the most useful mail we get. Include the page URL and what you saw.

Takedown and rights requests. If you own a game we have written about and want the page changed or removed, say so and we will act on it. Tell us which URL and what your relationship to the title is; we do not need a legal notice to take a developer's request seriously.

Game submissions. If you have made something and want it considered, send a link to where it can be played. Two things worth knowing before you write: we cannot promise coverage, and coverage cannot be bought. We accept no payment for reviews or placements, so an offer of one ends the conversation.

Press and partnership. Same address.

What to expect

We are a small team, so a reply may take a few days. Corrections get looked at first, and rights-holder requests are treated as urgent.

We will not add you to any mailing list, and we do not have one.

What we cannot help with

Accounts, purchases and progress inside a game. We do not run the games we write about, and we have no access to them. If you have lost progress, been charged, or need an account recovered, the developer or the portal hosting the game is the only party who can act — Poki, Y8, Garena, Roblox and the rest each have their own support channel.

Cheats, hacks and code generators. We do not publish them and we cannot supply them. Reward codes we cover are the ones the developers themselves announce.
